My recent stay at Address Hotel Golf was outstanding, thanks to the professionalism and hospitality of the hotel staff, who went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, Thorayah at reception made us feel truly welcome. Her friendly demeanor, detailed explanation of the hotel’s facilities, and thoughtful room upgrade set the tone for an excellent stay. Nossibah was also very helpful — she accompanied us to the room and clearly explained its features, making sure we were fully settled and comfortable. During our stay, Emad from housekeeping provided excellent service. He was attentive, courteous, and maintained our room with care and consistency. At breakfast, Mostafa, one of the waiters, stood out with his polite and professional service. He was always attentive to guests’ needs and contributed to a pleasant dining atmosphere. A special mention as well to Mr. Mahmoud, the Catering Manager, whose dedication to service and attention to detail ensured a high-quality dining experience throughout our visit. The genuine hospitality, professionalism, and warmth shown by the team at Address Hotel Golf made our stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.

I had an incredibly enjoyable time at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. All the employees were kind and professional, but I would especially like to mention Miss Mariam, Mr. Mahmoud Bahgat, and Miss Tharwat, who provided exceptional service and paid great attention to details, making the stay even more comfortable and pleasant. It was a lovely gesture when they prepared the room for my birthday celebration in a special way without any prior coordination. I also want to thank Mr. Mohamed Bahgat, who reached out to me after I left for Cairo to make sure we arrived safely. This thoughtful gesture shows how much the staff care about their guests, even after departure. The room was very spacious, and even though there were three of us staying in it, it was incredibly comfortable, allowing us to enjoy our stay without feeling crowded. The room was also clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The facilities were excellent, including access to Al Alamein Hotel’s beach. They also provided a golf cart service to take us to the beach at any time, making the trip to the beach convenient and easy. The hotel’s location was perfect, close to major attractions and entertainment spots. In short, it was an unforgettable experience, and I will definitely be returning in the future. From the minute we arrived, we felt welcomed . The check in process was quick and smooth. From the reception Mr Omar and Abdalrahman were very friendly and helpful we get the amazing deluxe room with great view , very clean , very comfortable, the food was amazing in the main restaurant, the variety, the quality, special thanks to Norhaan to helped us. The hotel has an amazing heated swimming pool you can enjoy all day , and access to AlAlameen beach. The lovely RADWA , can’t thanks her enough, from the minute we arrived until check out, she surprised us with a cake and flowers for my sister birthday. We were so happy and grateful. Special thanks to: Mr mustafa alnagar and Mr Aamer Awad from the house keeping. Definitely I would come back again, highly recommended to who want to relax and get comfortable family vacation .

All was perfect cozy and beautiful as usual. One of the best places in the North Coast. New Year dinner was so tasty and with signature serving.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. We particularly enjoyed the stunning view and the delicious breakfast. Highly recommend!
